All facilities-based broadband providers are required to file data with the FCC twice a year (Form 477) on where they offer Internet access service at speeds exceeding 200 kbps in at least one direction. Fixed providers file lists of census blocks in which they can or do offer service to at least one location, with additional information about the service. Updated as of February 26, 2019. The FCC’s 911 Master PSAP Registry (PSAP Registry) lists Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) by an FCC assigned identification number (PSAP ID), PSAP name, state, county, city, and provides information on any type of record change and the reason for updating the record. The Commission updates the Registry periodically as it receives additional information.
